Fetal Baby at 11 to 12 Weeks

Week 11: The baby is about 2 inches long. Urination occurs. Muscle movements are becoming more coordinated.  Baby has been hiccupping and reacting to loud noises for a week now.
Week 12: The baby now exercises his/her muscles—turning his/her head, curling toes, and opening and closing his/her mouth. The baby breaths amniotic fluid to help develop its respiratory system.
